Company of State the mandate of which is to deal in alcoholic drinks, the SAQ built a robust expertise in sustainable development.
Regarding responsible purchase, the sustainable development plan 2016-2018 of the company specifies its will to work in cooperation with his partners to offer products meeting the needs of consumers who wish to go shopping ecologically and socially responsible. The SAQ will also make sure to offer to his clientele the necessary marks to facilitate its choices in the various sales channels. These actions will be a part of the strategic Plan 2016-2018 of the SAQ.

A public corporation, the STM serves the mobility needs of residents and visitors by offering an efficient public transit system (bus and metro). It thus strengthens the reputation of metropolitan Montréal as an urban centre with a high quality of life and a prosperous economic hub that is respectful of the environment

The mission of the Société is to administrate, operate, develop, maintain and animate Parc Jean-Drapeau, which includes Île Sainte-Hélène and Île Notre-Dame in Montréal. In carrying out its mission, the Société oversees the staging of regional and international recreation-tourist activities. Parc Jean-Drapeau stages many recreation-tourist attractions that make it a unique site in Canada, enhanced by the fact a subway station services the park.

Montréal’s 19 boroughs have the same jurisdiction and powers they had under the old administrative structure. Each borough’s powers are exercised by its borough councils.
