The Purpose of the Scottish Government is to focus government and public services on creating a more successful country, with opportunities for all of Scotland to flourish, through increasing sustainable economic growth. This presentation illustrates the contribution of the Scottish Government's social procurement policy into achieving this goal.
This presentation highlights ECPAR's work on total cost of ownership in order to better understand how it is possible to go beyond the concept of the acquisition price in order to take into account all the costs of the life cycle of a good or a service.

Principles and Guidelines for Responsible Procurement
